Crises of management system: sociogenic reasons for their development and preventive approaches

The paper discusses the problems of improving the approaches to preventing conflicts and crises of management system at the organizational level. The author highlights the sociogenic conflict- and crisis-generating factors typical for companies’ management systems. The study focuses on the significance and characteristics of social projects as a tool for mitigating and controlling these factors by managers. Besides, the paper highlights the major social and managerial prerequisites for social construction applied to crisis management. The author presents the original concept of the heteronomous nature of the management system that reflects the causes of managerial crises and conflicts in companies. The researcher examines the phenomenon of economic centrism in social management and the related problem of crisis prevention as well. The term ‘crisis preventive social project’ is introduced and defined. Moreover, the study defines and explains the specific role and principles of crisis preventive social projects in organizations.
