The article is devoted the todays topical issue of academic mobility at the high school of Russia. The author makes the idea of necessity of the concept formation of the student academic mobility at pedagogical high education institutions of the Russian Federation on the basis of cross-cultural approach. The comparative analysis of the Internet sites of a number of state pedagogical high education institutions located in the metropolitan cities, representing different regions of our country for cross-cultural educational environment at these establishments it allows the researcher to draw a conclusion about the absence of system culture-educational activity which would permit to realize high-quality organization of academic mobility of intending educators with the aim to build their cross-cultural professional competence.
