Dolls in the culture of modern Buryatia

The article presents the review of the activities of the puppet masters of Buryatia at the present stage: the authors' creativity, exhibition projects. The classification of the dolls of the masters of Buryatia on the basis of the technique of making is given, attention is paid to the issue of preserving handmade techniques. The perspectives of creating dolls in the development of the creative economy of the Republic of Buryatia are considered.
