A culture and modern society

In article the culture role in modern Russian society is considered, concrete measures for improvement of the state cultural policy are offered. A community of cultural and moral values are that necessary uniform core which can unite and rally all Russians, irrespective of their ethnic, religious and social origin. It is a problem of paramount state importance because the culture is the basis of civil identity.
