The article offers the author's interpretation of the cultural philosophical ideas of Immanuel Kant, a classic of German transcendental critical philosophy, considered in the context of «dissected» semantic concepts of modernity. It is stated that Kant generated a unique intellectual «stream of consciousness» (W. James), which reflects ideas about the greatest spiritual, humanistic and cultural mission of philosophy. In the information civilization, the theoretical and methodological foundations of Immanuel Kant are relevant, contributing to the rational implementation of human lifecreating activity in order to achieve strategic sustainable development of politics and the solidary economy of Russia. Kant's ideas about the essence of the life of the individual through teleology, about culture as a system of humanistic values of man, about the categorical imperative, promoting self actualization of man, which corresponds to one of the goals of the state cultural policy associated with the formation of a harmoniously developed personality with traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, are significant. In the context of the anthropological crisis, it is archiactical that the basis of Kant's philosophical system reflects the unity of Truth, Goodness, and Beauty of a person engaged in creative work in the field of culture, guided by artistic intuition. Kant's interpretation of the essence of man as a natural being and mind, art as a special means of bringing a person closer to harmony, since art is beauty created by man through reason, is emphasized. It is argued that in the whirlwind of changes of various collisions and transformations, it is logical for a thinking person, a citizen of Russia, to live according to one of Kant's key ideas: «the starry sky above me and the moral law in me». Immanuel Kant's cultural and philosophical ideas are interpreted as generalization vectors of interpretation of turbulent transformations of reality, culture and man. Through the generation of such ideas, the philosopher contributed to the implementation of the «bead game» (G. Hesse) «dissected» concepts of reality to create a final understanding and comprehension of the multilayered Text of the cultural world.
