Cultural agenda of Russia

The article notes that the solution of many fundamental issues of public policy and management, sociocultural development of people for the future are directly connected with the content of culture, with a culture of human society, the cultural policy of the state. Profound social upheaval, which repeatedly occurred with the Russian people in the 20th century, led to the fact that we have lost many traditional cultural values and attitudes of Russian culture, which was historically depicted in the images, values and ideals, truth, virtue, harmony and love. Culture and cultural policy is increasingly formalized, losing content. Is uncontrolled filling the cultural space artifacts ignorance, symbols of mass culture, instead of the traditional culture with secular ideals. In these circumstances relevant the problem becomes more compelling investment, cultural and moral values in the development of man and society, because the main aim of cultural policy is to provide the victory of culture over by the ignorance, spiritual development of man and society, and not just the provision of access to cultural values and of unknown origin tasks of the cultural policy is not only equal access of citizens to cultural values and institutions, as it is presented, but also the integrity of the spiritual world, the world Outlook of the Russians, their cultural identity, realizing that the Foundation of the cultural and moral code of the person and Nations are formed on the values and meanings of traditional culture of truth, good, beauty and love - which is extremely rich Russian, Russian culture. Thus, the Year of Russian culture requires fundamental agenda, which would allow to realize the potential oftraditional and modern meanings in Russian, Russian culture, as well as the goals and associated tasks of formation of effective state cultural policy, able to preserve cultural identity and dignity of Russians, cultural sovereignty of Russia, and to establish for the citizen, nation, country, semantic connection between the past, present and future of Russia.
