Cultural dialog as a communicational form of social life

The article considers the essence, cognitive foundations, structural elements, as well as dynamic and procedural aspects of cultural and dialogic interaction, its principles, typological characteristics of this process; their formal-logical speci cations. Cultural-dialogical interaction is considered as a systemic, complex phenomenon in the eld of intercultural ties and relations.Cultural dialogue is studied as a form of diplomatic “soft power”. The following aspects are considered: cultural dialogue at various social levels of cultural intercourse including ethnic, national, civilizational and everyday levels; cultural dialogue as a dynamic process and its functional characteristics within the diplomatic framework. It is pointed out that cultural dialogue is connected with the system of mutuality. At the same time, such manifestations of cultural dialogue are known as “alien in uence”, “cultural alienation”, “ethno-cultural nationalism”, and “spiritual crisis zones”.
