Cultural function of the Russian and principles of administrative legal regulation of culture

In this article, the author analyzes issues of public administration functions and principles of legal regulation of the cultural sphere in the Russian Federation that are relevant for the science of administrative law. Based on the results of a study of the various positions of modern jurists, an actual definition of the function of the state, the cultural and educational function of Russia was formed, the main special (administrative and legal) principles of legal regulation of the cultural sector were identified: the principle of special forms of protection, the principle of combining forms of ownership, the principle of differentiation of the level of management depending on object.
