Cultural studies in Russia and Eurasia: second breath and its historical impulse

The article deals with the stages of formation and development of culturology in Russia. The author evaluates the educational system of the Soviet Union and the modern system of education. The problem of culturological science for modern Russia is discussed. According to the author, the modern educational process needs radical adjustments and reforms. The role and place of culturology in the socio-cultural dynamics of Russia are presented. The author outlines a new course of culturological training for specialists in the XXI century. The author suggests ways and stages of culturological training modernization project.
