Mongolian language courses for employees as a way to improve tourist services in the Republic of Buryatia

The article presents the authorial training program of Mongolian courses "Ahai Mongol" for the staff of the tourist entities developing or planning the activities with Mongolia. The authors offer variable program including a pos- sibility of familiarizing of students with cultural heritage of the Mongolian people, acquaintance with the most important tourist sights of the country. In article analyzes the development prospects of the language course program in the Republic of Buryatia. Increasing quality of the tourist services provided for guests from Mongolia in the Republic of Buryatia, and also assistance to representatives of a business community in forming of partnership by means of overcoming a linguistic barrier are the project objectives. The authors offer the technology of development and enhancement of skills of business informal conversation within courses of studying Mongolian "Ahai Mongol". In particular, the article contains the list of the questions obligatory to consideration, and recommendations for their studying by students. The article also gives conceptual content of the developed thematic courses of studying Mongolian oriented to various possible categories of students: 1) Mongolian for tourist trips; 2) Mongolian courses for work in tourism, hotel and restaurant business; 3) Group of communication (short-term course): the conversational modern Mongolian (beginning level); 4) Business course (PR, marketing, advertizing, management). The authors have developed two programs of educational trips to native land of native speakers to ensure full mastering of language. The first one is the program of the seven-day language camp (basic), and the second one - is two-week language camp with the additional program (variable). The de- scription of features of these programs, calculation of cost and the planned revenue from their implementation are provided in the article. The authors draw the conclusion about importance and efficiency of devel- oped programs of the language courses, acquiring special relevance against the background of the increasing integration processes in Central and East Asia, entering of a visa-free regime between Russia and Mongolia and an intensification of business communications between two countries.
