Qualimetric evaluation of regional processes public administration system efficiency

The article is devoted by qualimetric method using for performance evaluation of regional processes public administration system efficiency. The objectives and principles of this method implementation are specified and analyzed. These principles include uniqueness, weak unit availability, complexity, sustainability, transparency, interdependence, limitation, adequacy, target orientation. They allow performing integral evaluation of social and economic processes in every region using qualimetric method. This article presents two techniques of social and economic regional level comparison study. The item ranking techniques using is proved as the most proper one.
