Quasi-conditional constructions in the Khakass language

This article discusses quasi-conditional constructions of the Khakass language. Quasi-conditional constructions have a formal similarity with conditional constructions, but there is no conditional semantics in them. It is established that quasi-conditional constructions are constructed according to the same models as conditional constructions. If conditional constructions are characterized by the unreal modality of the dependent predicative unit, quasi-conditional constructions are characterized by the real modality. 4 main types of quasi-conditional constructions are identified and described: conditionally-temporal, conditionally-causal, conditionally-comparative, explanatory.
