The Kyrgyz Republic as a legal instrument for protecting the rights and freedoms of persons with disabilities

Every state where human rights are recognized as the highest value is given a lot of attention to the most in need of social support layers of the population - people with disabilities. One of the main problems of social protection of persons with disabilities is the lack of participation of the public and civil society in general in solving their problems. The existing disdainful, patronizing attitude on the part of society, a humiliating discriminatory position forms in persons with disabilities a feeling - a burden for loved ones, or, on the contrary, egocentrism, hostility, aggression, envy. In this article, we have explored the concept of the welfare state. What articles in the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic guarantee social protection, as well as the right to work, the right to rest, state protection of the family, and so on.
