This manuscript describes our experience in the laparoscopic surgery of the horseshoe kidney tumors. A multicentral retrospective study was performed. 11 patients underwent laparoscopic partial or heminephrectomy from 2013 to 2015. There were 7 men. BMI - from 27 to 36 kg/m2. There were 5 tumors of the left half. we performed 9 heminephrectomies: 4 on the left side. Partial nephrectomies were done in two cases of left sided tumors. we’ve got no conversion or mortality. Max warm ischemia time - 19 minutes. Intra- and postoperative complications were avoided. OR time - from 130 to 270 minutes; the time of postoperative hospital stay did not exceed 7 days. Our results demonstrate that laparoscopic partial or heminephrectomy are safe and efficient in the surgery of horseshoe kidney tumors.
