Lapidary analysis of the state of crime in the Republic of Guinea-Bissau: in the context of the workload of the national judicial police

The article is devoted to a brief analysis of the state of crime in the Republic of Guinea-Bissau and the role of the legal institution of the state in the form of judicial police in solving the tasks of investigating a wide range of illegal criminal acts. Identifying the list of guiding documents defining the powers of the judicial police and the directions of its activities, the author concludes about the «acuteness of the moment» on the line of opposition of this legal body to criminal actions in the Bisai society, moving along the path of social progress and building a truly legal state.
