Last years increased interest to a role an antiphospholipid syndrome (APLS) is marked at cardiovascular diseases. It is caused by participation APLS in pathogenesis the whole spectrum of heavy clinical complications. A research objective: to reveal frequency and clinical manifestation APLS in perioperative period at cardiosurgery patients. Pilot inspection of 60 patients with raised risk APLS, on the content of antibodies against cardiolipin (АСА) immune-enzyme method (diagnostic sets Argentic Diagnostic Germany). Raised titres АКА it is established in 46,7%. At these patients clinical features in the pre-surgical period are established only in the anamnesis: in 36% neurologic, in 29% arthralgia, in 22,4% thrombophlebitises of veins of shins. The thrombocytopenia is registered in 25%. In the postoperative period frequency multiple organ failure, mainly neurologic and acute kidney injury, at patients with raised levels АСА doubtfully exceeded in 2 times that at patients with normal level АСА. The maximum frequency of raised content АСА at chronic pulmonary embolism. In according to our data, among cardiosurgery patients considerable frequency latent APLS is registered. Proves to be true high self-descriptiveness trouble-shooting test on АСА, in comparison with routine research on «lupus-anticoagulant» test. Increased level АСА associated with the increased risk postoperative multiple organ failure. Key words: antiphospholipid syndrome, antibodies to cardiolipin, endocarditis, thrombotic angiopathy.
