Therapeutic physical education for students with diseases of the cardiovascular system

The article reveals such a concept as therapeutic physical culture, as well as its incomparable benefits and effectiveness for students with various diseases of the cardiovascular system. In addition, the following aspects were touched upon: the key principles of therapeutic physical culture, the general goals of its implementation, the basic rules and recommendations when performing a set of exercises, as well as contraindications to the appointment of physical therapy and prohibitions concerning students suffering from cardiovascular diseases. In addition, the paper examined the differences in tasks, methods used and exercises in therapeutic physical culture, depending on the specific type of disease, the most common of them are given as an example, namely: myocardial infarction, atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease and rheumatism.
