Therapeutic physical culture as a way to restore the functional capabilities of the body in the postoperative period

In this work, the authors examined the concept of therapeutic physical culture, its difference from other types of physical culture. The influence of therapeutic physical culture on an organism depleted by surgical intervention is traced. The principles of the use of therapeutic physical culture, as well as the conditions for its use in medicine, are determined. Special groups of patients were identified who have contraindications to physical therapy classes. A set of exemplary exercises of therapeutic physical culture in the early postoperative period as a prevention of the risk of complications is presented as an example. The conclusion is made about the influence of therapeutic physical culture on the body, about the stable positive dynamics in the use of clinical medicine. The conditions for effective influence are due to the beneficial cooperation of a sick person (patient) and a medical worker.
