Rheumatoid arthritis (one of the common causes of early disability and excellent quality of life associated with joint function) is a consequence of psychological and social adaptation characteristic of people with chronic pain syndrome. The main function of the joints is to ensure constant mobility, so the lack of motor activity causes stiffness, muscle atrophy, slowing of blood circulation and the development of edema. Special gymnastics has a positive effect on the work of the entire musculoskeletal system. Contraindications can be general and specific. The second includes advanced stages of the disease with the development of exudate and severe inflammation of internal organs, blood vessels, and heart muscle. In this article, we will take a closer look at this disease and what kind of therapeutic physical culture can be used and how to properly perform exercises for this disease.
