Therapeutic physical culture for diseases of the cardiovascular system

This article examines the features of the use of medical physical culture in diseases of the human cardiovascular system, determines the causes of these diseases, types of cardiovascular diseases, and also reveals a number of medical aspects of these diseases in order to determine a set of methods of physical exercises for the rehabilitation and support of the health of patients. The authors of the article presented a study to identify the effect of physical therapy on persons engaged in physical education with cardiovascular diseases, as well as an analysis of the data obtained during the study. The article contains statistics on the preferred types of physical activity among people with cardiovascular diseases, reflected in the pivot table and pie chart. This article is of a research nature within the framework of the theme of medical physical culture.
