A two-factor lesion of radiation and burn diseases separately and their combination was modeled. It was found that external y-irradiation of white rats at a dose of 7.5 Gy causes severe radiation sickness with a high mortality rate. At the same time, it was noted that the degree of thermal burn depends on the time of contact with the body surface of a metal plate heated to 190 ° C: its application for 5 seconds causes a III A degree burn, an 8 second exposure - III B degree, as evidenced by the timing of formation, rejection burn scab and complete healing of thermal injuries. The aggravating effect of ionizing radiation on the course and outcome of combined radiation-thermal pathology was shown. For the treatment of the studied pathology, the drug "OSK" was used, which was applied subcutaneously directly under the burned area of the skin in a dose of 0.4 ml after radiation and thermal effects on the body.
