Lexical features of the Tula regionolect in food names

The scientific article examines the lexical features of the Tula dialect, which are actively manifested in the names of food products. The city of Tula, which has a rich culinary tradition, is today a unique example of effective interaction between language and culture. The paper analyzes not only local names that reflect historical contexts, but also cultural aspects and social conditions of the region, including how this name contributes to the development of identity among the population of the region. Important attention is paid to certain symbols, such as the famous Tula gingerbread, as well as various traditional dishes representing both gastronomic and cultural markers. The author draws attention to the localization processes of language units, their current changes. The results obtained are important for preserving the regional linguistic identity and maintaining its uniqueness.
