Statement of the problem. The effectiveness in international business communications is also provided by semantic and structural elements presented by interaction languages. Reflecting the phenomena of national culture, the linguistic units constructing bilingual business documentation strive for equivalence in content subject to the real communicative situation and the intentions of the participants. The purpose of the article is to consider lexical and grammatical matches in the Russian and English languages that verbalize commercial relations, which take nowadays a significant share in human professional activity. Materials and methods. In accordance with the principle of semantics and grammar unity in real-life texts, about 100 contract templates were analyzed during the research. They included contracts in sales of goods and services with different types of subjects - hiring, purchase, performance of work, etc. The main methods used are discursive analysis, structural and semantic analysis, synthesis, and interpretation. Research results. The author defined interpretative correlates for the commercial contract terminology, including the subject of the contract and the participants in contractual relations, described thematic groups and forms of anglicisms - names of business communication - entering the Russian language, and considered grammatical specifics of individual nominations. Conclusion. It is concluded that the comparative study of bilingual texts related to business communication contributes to business semantics description in bilingual lexicography in conditions of constantly changing business realities.
