Lexical and semantic mastering of grecisms by the Russian language system

The paper examines the issue of lexical and semantic mastering of Greekisms by the Russian language system in the Old Russian period of development. Classifications of Greekisms within the framework of the mastering process, examples of the inclusion of Greek borrowings from different angles depending on the analyzed monument of Old Russian writing are presented.
