Lexical-semantic field of "honor" in A.S. Pushkin's "The captain's daughter"

The honor is one of the most important concept in Russian language worldview. It is characterized by a variety of cognitive signs which refleet Russian speakers’s view at higher moral and ethical principles of Russian personality. The article reviews contents and structure of the lexical-semantic field of “honor” in A.S. Pushkin’s novel “The Captain’s Daughter”, analyzes linguistics units which form its representative resources in moral, ethical and social aspects.
