Persons under which administrative supervision is established

The article delimits the categories of persons in respect of which the court may establish administrative supervision, defines the criteria, guided by which the court makes an appropriate decision. The author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to consolidate the norm obliging the court to individualize the approach to resolving the issue of appointing administrative supervision in the Federal Law "On Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Places of Detention".
