Licensing of social service institutions as a mechanism of improving the quality of social services: for and against

The article considers topical aspects of control and supervision activities in the field of social services for the population, explores possible mechanisms for improving the efficiency of this type of activity in the field of public administration. The positive aspects and risks of the technology of licensing services in the social services of the population are studied. An analysis of the results of an expert survey was carried out in terms of the expediency of introducing the technology of licensing services in the field of social services into the state system of control and supervision.
