This article discusses a healthy lifestyle that includes: a balanced diet, a daily routine, the absence of bad habits, personal hygiene and hardening. A set of exercises for morning hygienic gymnastics is provided. The definition of hygiene, its purpose and subject, the main tasks and means, as well as sports hygiene and its rules are given. The basic principles and means of hardening necessary for the human body, the main massage techniques are presented. The General rules of body hardening are highlighted. Selected special exercises for swimming and in the fresh air, as one of the best means of hardening.
