Personality and history in the novel of B. Mitypov "The valley of immortelles"

The article is devoted to the problem of personality and history connection in the novel of the Buryat writer V. Mitypov «The valley of immortelles» written in Russian. The feeling of history penetrates the novel. The author analyzes not only various types of personalities but evaluates the phenomenon of a human being and his/her place in the history. The ancient and modern times presented in the novel unite the personality of the main character-writer.
