Personality in the conditions of legal statehood

The author analyzes the question of the relationship between the state and the individual; examines the theoretical foundations of the concept of the rule of law and the implementation of the principles of building the rule of law in modern Russia; highlights the problems of the relationship of personality in the conditions of legal statehood. The author emphasizes that the emerging relations between the state and the individual are based on legal relations that are based on the principles of equality, justice and mutual responsibilit.
