The article considers pedagogical regulation of realization of students in institutions of culture and education. Notes that are particularly relevant at the present stage the issues of realization of students, its formation and development in the framework of social and cultural activities. For successful work with young people within the educational institution or leisure centre should attract new scientific researches for working with young people, include them in leisure activities, i.e. to use in practice. Especially productive in terms of regulation, self-realization of students in institutions of culture and education personality oriented approach. Formation of pedagogical regulation of activity of young people is a complex of measures scientific-psychological, socio - cultural and legal nature, taking into account, as the age condition, and moral and educational potential of young people. In pedagogical and cultural - educational regulation clearly seen the creation of a system of norms that prepares young man to enter into adult life, reveals the usefulness or the danger of aspiration. Organization of cultural actions, dancing and entertaining evenings, youth thematic programmes, competitions, festivals, development of programs and measures for the development of culture and art, the work of the exhibition hall will help to solve problems of self-actualization and socialization of students
