Personality factors influencing cadets’ adaptation to educational environment at the university of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

Introduction. Adaptation potential, the ability to use it in determining the variability of overcoming difficulties (adaptability) transmitted, among other things, via coping strategies and hardiness, largely influence the level of cadets’ adaptation. The purpose is to study the strategies of coping with difficult circumstances used by cadets with different levels of adaptation.
