Personality qualities and human capital

The author discusses the methods for examination of personality qualities as compared to other methodic approaches. He presents results of the empiric-sociological analysis of the personality qualities of the Belarusian population, considers the specifics of identifying the qualities of the basic social groups and demographic categories, singles out the following types of activity: reproductive, heuristic and innovative, and the their distinctive social qualities.
