Personal components of teacher motivation in the projection of the educational community

The article examines the personal components of teacher motivation that lead to significant improvements in the educational environment. The key aspects of the personal components of motivation are presented. The relevance of the topic is emphasized by the statement that awareness of the importance of one’s personal motivation components contributes not only to the individual professional growth of teachers, but also to the improvement of the overall situation in the education system. Attention is focused on key aspects of improving teacher motivation: increased funding, creation of a support system, modern technologies, changing public opinion, cooperation with students’ parents and society. The key positions of the teacher’s personality and their content are considered, comparable with the data obtained earlier in the course of our research. Attention is paid to the teacher’s personal resources, which play an important role in shaping his professional motivation. It is emphasized that the integration of personal and professional resources can significantly increase the motivation of teachers. It is noted that the personal components of teacher motivation can be distinguished in the projection of the study of teaching as a professional community, paired with the educational community of students. The characteristics of teaching and students as social communities are considered. The key aspects of teacher-student interaction that can significantly increase their motivation to learn are presented in detail.
