Aim: to study lymphocyteplatelet adhesion and proinflammatory cytokines contents in patient with erysipelas. There were 50 patients with erysipelas under observation. It was established that the index and degree of lymphocyteplatelet adhesion decreased in the condition of high levels of proinflammatory cytokines, IL1α, IL1β, IL8, TNFα. The index and degree of lymphocyteplatelet adhesion are the most extent signs of the function of immunocompetent cells during erysipelas in comparison with the number of lymphocytes. Severe current of erysipelas is accompanied with more extent changes in parameters of lymphocyteplatelet adhesion.
