Increasing the intensity of growth, reducing the incidence and death of young calves is an urgent task of modern science and practice. The use of probiotics for young cattle helps to prevent diseases, increase the growth and development of animals. The effectiveness of using the probiotic monosporin in raising calves has been studied. Evaporation of 4.0 mL and 6.0 mL was found to improve the exteriors of red steppe calves. Evaporation of 4.0 mL and 6.0 mL was found to improve the exteriors of red steppe calves. In animals of experimental groups, compared with the control, there was an increase in the main body measurements: height at the withers - by 2.19-2.33%, height in the sacrum - by 1.69-1.76%, chest depth - by 2.19-3.12%, chest width - by 7.05-7.70%, oblique body length - by 1.96-3.07%, chest girth behind the shoulder blades - by 2.78-3.01%, width in maclocae - by 0.68-0.93%, half-girth zada - by 0.71-1.58%, metacarpal girth - by 4.47-5.06%. At 6 months of age, the maximum values of body measurement increase coefficients were established in experimental groups.
