Linguistics of emotions in the context of the modern scientific researches

The article deals with the fundamental principles of the linguistic theory of the emotions, substantiated by the professor V.I. Shakhovsky and having become the conceptual basis of the Volgograd scientific school. There are revealed the important tendencies of the development of the theoretical states of the emotions’ linguistics in the works of the modern researchers, their papers at the conferences and publications in the largest Russian editions.
