The article deals with the linguistic and discursive specific features of the compound neologisms in the English discourse. There are analyzed the semantic, structural and discursive plans of the given vocabulary. The meaning of such neologisms is clear caused by the nominative strength of their component. These units model the information world picture and reflect the national and cultural specific features of the world view and the system of value attitude.
