Linguoculturological peculiarities of the Arabic legal text and specific features of the translation of the terminology of the Islamic law into the Russian language

The article deals with the study of the linguoculturological peculiarities of the Arabic legal text and the specific features of the translation of the terminology of the Islamic law into the Russian language. There are considered some possible ways of the translation of the legal terms in the absence of the unambivalent correspondence between them in the Arabic and Russian languages and the doublets, triplets and binomials that are the words and word combinations, characterizing by the phonetical, morphological and syntactical but not having fully the semantic related meanings.
