Linguopoetic means of the creation of the fiction space (based on the novel “Eureka street” by Robert McLiam Wilson)

The article deals with the means of the creation of the fiction space from the perspective of the linguopoetics in the novel “Eureka Street” by Robert McLiam Wilson. The novel is devoted to the theme of the Conflict in Northern Ireland. The analysis showed that the most representative means of the implementation of the spatial relations are toponyms, locative vocabulary, attributes and epithets, expressing the subjective assessment of the perception of the space by the character. These means have influence on the compositional and semantic structure of the text and take part in transferring the basic ideas and themes of the novel.
