Procurement logistics: theory and practice of implementation (on the basis of construction industry)

Problems of minimizing the cost of materials management push people to the creation and use of mechanisms of material flow and formation of the system of rules and conditions for participants of logistics systems, which can provide the overall objectives and consider the interests of different parties. Theory and practice of development of methods and techniques for solution of logistical problems form grounds for consideration logistics as management functions. This paper discusses some features of logistics procurement at solution of the problems of procurement in the construction industry.
