Localization and optimization of transport and logistics barriers

Бесплатный доступ

The article considers the transport and logistics barriers to the socio-economic development of regions as natural and artificial obstacles and accelerators in the activities of the transport and logistics infrastructure that affect the economy of the regions. It is shown that the barriers are caused by disproportions in the transport and logistics infrastructure in the field of the use of innovative technologies and means, including digital ones. We have proposed indicators of concentration (saturation) and elimination of regional barriers for the analysis of barriers, as well as an information flow project model consisting of two elements: a model of obstacles (limitations) of a barrier nature, a model of advantages (contacts) of a barrier nature. We have considered cross-border transport and logistics barriers. The main goal of managing transport and logistics, including cross-border barriers is to localize or optimize their barrier function and develop, activate the contact function of borders between socio-economic systems, including states. This can be facilitated by the implementation of measures in the areas of localization and optimization of barriers.
