The article deals with radiologic study of 64 patients with clinical presentations of osteomyelitis in the maxillofacial area. Laboratory study showed signs of secondary immunodeficiency state in 34 patients. Complex clinical laboratory and radiologic study determined correlation between changes of specific immunity and severity of pyoinflammatory process, risk of systemic inflammatory reactions.
