In the article the authors present data on the research of Kamskaya archeological expedition of Perm State National Research University to Lyunevo 1 settlement in 1987. The settlement is situated on the river Ocher and it used to be a period-to-period settlement. On the excavation some parts of above-ground dwelling wireframe type were found. Dwelling has not a groove around it that being a characteristic feature of Glyadenovo dwelling. The structure consists of three hearths and four holes, two of them were used for cleaning hearths. Hearths have typical construction of early iron age of Kama region and consist of a layer of calcined clay in the hole filling humus layer. Material culture of settlement consists of pottery. Vessels have comb-shaped and tweak ornamentation which is rather typical for the late Glyadenovo pottery (III-V centuries BC). A unique tradition of house building began to be developed. It was wireframe type houses which were used seasonally. This type of construction had only economic reasons and was not associated with foreign migration.
