Estimation of MRI efficiency in specified diagnostics of secondary lesion of a rectum was performed. 27 patients have been included in research with the verified cancers of pelvic organs (of cervix, bladder, ovaries, prostate). The efficiency of MRI in detection of those tumors spread to rectum, especially after injection of paramagnetic, was demonstrated.
