Small innovational enterprises in Russia: new possibilities or an aditional load for higher educational institutions of physical education

The main aim of creating SIE at higher educational institutions of physical education is the practical realization of results of their intellectual activities. On the one hand, possibilities of legislative and of-tax support of the innova-tional business on the part of the state are considered, on the other hand-it is paid attention to organizational and legal and financial difficulties for higher educational institutions of physical education, who decided to commercialize their workings-out within SIE.
