Lake Sarez in Central Asia - source of emergency

Located in Central Asia determining the social, economic and ecological status of states and this is one of the key factors in ensuring regional security as a field of joint use of transboundary water bodies, currently a number in this area among the countries of the region problems remain unresolved. Including Lake Sarez both cross-border between the republics of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan is one of the water bodies. This article discusses and analyzes the course of events in Central Asia, discussing ways to increase the effectiveness of measures to prevent and eliminate cross-border emergencies.
