The article presents the results of an online survey of students of Kuban State Technological University, aimed at identifying the key problems that affect their satisfaction with the conditions and quality of the education. Consumer opinion surveys in the field of education emphasize the importance of constant attention to the needs of students and the need for permanent improvement in the quality of educational services. Regular research will help create a comfortable learning environment that meets the requirements and expectations of modern students, and also contributes to the development of educational institutions.
