The work examines the issues of marketing activities in a pharmacy institution, since these processes affect sales and customer satisfaction. The following marketing activities in the pharmacy are highlighted, such as product promotion, brand image creation, advertising, sales and pharmaceutical market research. To increase sales at the pharmacy, a strategy is proposed to optimize marketing activities using positioning and branding, a personalized approach and digital marketing. The study examined the impact of marketing tools on sales volume using the example of a specific organization.
