Social media marketing communications of B2B technology companies: content strategies, lead generation funnel, and CPL/CAC/ROMI performance evaluation

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the social media marketing communications of B2B tech companies, with a focus on developing effective content strategies and performance measurement systems. In writing this article, the author used the following research methods: content analysis of publications from leading tech companies, statistical analysis of lead generation metrics, and comparative analysis of performance metrics. Key findings include identifying optimal content formats for various stages of the sales funnel and determining the relationship between content types and CPL, CAC, and ROMI metrics. The study demonstrated that integrating educational and expert content increases lead quality by 34-47% while simultaneously reducing customer acquisition costs. The author's findings during the research process provide practical recommendations for optimizing B2B marketing communications in the digital environment.
